**About your role**
- To compile and complete all relevant documents from owner/seller of vehicles.
- Responsible to ensure Handover inspection is comply with department quality standard.
- Fill up and submit all related inspection report based on actual vehicle condition.
- Negotiate with owner/seller on the vehicle condition to agree final offer price.
- To complete e-Auto transaction exchanging ownership of vehicles.
- To assist owner/seller with bank settlement (if any) at Hire Purchase Department at the bank. (Outstanding loan balance of owners)
- To communicate with other internal department whichever relevant to the collection case.
- Bring back vehicle to the designated branch in a safe condition.
- Ensure vehicle condition are same as report before handing over to buyer.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM; additional academic qualification or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
- Experience in automotive industry as vehicle inspector, technician, mechanic or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and emissions standards and regulations.
- Meticulous, attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
