Position: General Manager (Retail Outlet Expansion)
Location: Klang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma or higher.
- 3-5 years’ experiences in retail management (FMCG).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications in English, BM and Mandarin.
- Attention to detail.
- Management skills certification or course completion.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM15000 - RM20000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: 5 days working
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.45pm (Mon to Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
