**-Assess the feasibility of automation and Industry 4.0 practices to streamline**

**operations.**

**Market Diversification**:
**-Identify potential markets and industries for diversification of product offerings.**

**-Analyze the demand for customized metal stamping solutions and tailor strategies**

**accordingly.**

**Operational Management: Continuous Improvement Initiatives**:
**-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to suggest and**

**implement process enhancements.**

**-Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.**

**Capacity Planning**:
**-Assess production capacity and scalability, making informed decisions on facility**

**expansion or optimization.**

**-Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and improve machine capabilities.**

**Risk Management**:
**-Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions**

**in the supply chain or production processes.**

**-Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.**

**-Implement training programs to enhance the skills of the workforce, ensuring they**

**stay updated on industry best practices.**

**-Encourage professional development and succession planning.**

**-Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team promptly and diplomatically.**

**-Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication.**

**Customer Feedback Integration**:
**-Integrate customer feedback into product improvement initiatives.**

**-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align products with market**

**demands.**

**-Comply with customer requirements and feedback regarding product quality, on-time**

**delivery, and production planning.**

**Crisis Management: Emergency Response Planning**:
**-Develop and maintain emergency response plans for potential crises such as natural**

**disasters or supply chain disruptions.**

**-Ensure the resilience of the manufacturing facility against unforeseen challenges.**

**Requirements**:
**-Degree & Above**

**-Minimum 20 years experience in Metal Stamping Production field**

**-Computer literate.**

**-Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001**

**-Leadership and Management skills**

**-Able to communicate internally and externally.**

**-Decision-maker, Strategist, and Solution and Improvement maker**

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
