What You'll Do
As our General Admin, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly:
- Manage paperwork: issue invoices & organize documents
- Support e-commerce backend: submit online campaigns
- Provide friendly customer service: reply to customers promptly
- Handle returns & refunds process efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, & Malay
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Strong skills in Excel, Office tools, and general admin work
- Great at time management & juggling multiple tasks
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
