About the role

Transcend Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handling telephone inquiries and acting as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 1years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
