Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Mengurus kerja-kerja pentadbiran am seperti penyediaan surat, memo, laporan dan fail.
  • Mengendalikan kemasukan data (data entry) dan memastikan rekod sentiasa kemas kini dan tepat.
  • Mengurus dokumen masuk dan keluar termasuk surat-menyurat, e-mel dan panggilan telefon.
  • Menyediakan dan menyusun fail pekerja, pelanggan serta pembekal dengan teratur dan sulit.
  • Membantu penyediaan invois, sebut harga, pesanan belian (PO) dan dokumen sokongan lain.
  • Memantau stok alat tulis pejabat dan membuat permohonan pembelian apabila perlu.
  • Membantu urusan HR asas seperti kehadiran pekerja, cuti, tuntutan dan dokumentasi pekerja.
  • Mengatur jadual mesyuarat, menyediakan minit mesyuarat dan menyelaras temu janji.
  • Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Kelayakan & Keperluan

  • Minimum SPM / Sijil / Diploma dalam Pentadbiran atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai kerani / admin (diutamakan).
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan bertulis dengan kemas.
  • Berdisiplin, amanah, teliti dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
  • Boleh bekerja di bawah pengawasan minimum dan mematuhi tarikh akhir.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
