**Position Title : General Manager(Administration and Corporate Affairs)**
**Industry : Automotive Parts Manufacturing**
**Location: Mak Mandin,Penang**
**Salary Range: Up to RM20000**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all administrative matters, including but not limited to human resources, succession plans, data management, legal, compliance and general affairs.
3. To interact with the Board of Directors, Audit Committees & Corporate Office by providing reports & information to ensure timely updates & compliant structure.
4. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative towards operational excellence.
5. Oversee overall company administrative management, planning, systems and controls; Reviewing of monthly, quarterly and annual sustainability & compliance reports.
6. Annual budgeting, forecast and control of all Administrative Departments.
7. Providing administrative related advice for strategic organization, sustainability, data management, disaster recovery strategies, compliance practices, as well as any other administration related aspect.
8. Effectively manage lawyers, company secretaries, service providers, employees’ union and other stakeholders for a successful working relationship.
9. To ensure all department within Administration division complies to all government rules, law & regulation.
10. Reports company status by developing company wide plans, implementing them, reporting results, analyzing variances, and develop improvements/recovery efforts.
11. Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding Customers, in a fast-moving & constantly changing environment.
12. Provide leadership, team development, and communication to all staffs in the functions of General Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Information Technology, EHS, Human Resources & Organizational Development.
13. Mentor department heads within Administration Division as to motivate & guide junior executives for better performance and higher efficiency.
14. Assess potential risk in administrative operations and develop timely strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and security measures are always in place.
15. Generate & present regular reports on key performance indicators and divisional metrics to executive directors and the Board of Directors.
**Salary**: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
