**TECHNICAL PLANNER**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare a Progress Report and Construction Programs
- Monitor and review Shop Drawings before submission for approval
- Developing, establishing and documenting all correspondence between clients, consultant and local authorities
- Ensuire submission of relevant document to consultant and local authorities for approval
- Ensure site records and filing systems are documented follows ISO policies and meets requirements of environment, safety and health standards and regulations
- Follows up any instruction or order given by all operations team
- Disseminates information, passing it on to construction team and other departments
- Prepare ISO documentation & procedure
- To carry out any other duties assigned by superior / management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma or equivalent
- **Minimum 3 years experience** as a Technical Planner in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
