Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Technical Sales Executive. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise to customers regarding MC's product range. The role includes conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills, including knowledge of building chemical products and the ability to offer technical consultation to clients
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing sales
  • Customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client connections
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
  • Experience in the construction or chemicals industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, or relevant fields preferred
