**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of tests on these materials to assess their quality, strength, and suitability for the project.
- Interpret test results to determine if materials meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and inspect construction materials, ensuring they adhere to project quality standards and regulations.
- Report any discrepancies or deviations from project requirements to project managers and engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests, measurements, and inspections.
- Prepare detailed reports that document the results of tests, any issues encountered, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide technical support and address material-related issues.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure that materials and processes adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot material-related issues and provide practical solutions to resolve them.

**Qualification**:

- **Bachelor's degree**in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum **2 years related working experience**in the Quality Control / Lab Technician field within the Construction Industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency with testing equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

**Location Requirement**:

- This position is based in **Kota Tinggi, Johor.**:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
