**Here are the responsibilities**:

- **Prior experience** in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
- To **consult** and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout their journey.
- To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the **Business & Marketing** field.
- Prior experience in managing business development or digital marketing (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms.)
- To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
- To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
- To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- **Important**:

- At least **2-5 years of experience**in the digital marketing/ sales/ business/ client engagement field.
- To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
