Hasbul Brothers is a Training & Consulting Company based in Cyberjaya, Selangor since 2011. This year, we want to guide over 5,000 entrepreneurs and we need you to help us stand out from the crowd. We need someone who has a high passion for social media content, is highly creative, and is committed to achieving great results together.

**Here are the responsibilities**:

- **Prior experience** in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
- To **consult** and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1-year period.
- To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the **Sales & Digital Marketing** field.
- Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms.
- To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the duration of the program to increase customer efficiency.
- To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
- To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.

**Desired skills & experience**:

- **Important**:

- At least **2-5 years of experience **in the digital marketing/sales/business field.
- To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
