Criteria
- Female, 25 years and above
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Helpdesk & customer service
- Able to handle Microsoft office
- Pleasant personality
- Fluent to speak in English, Bahasa & mandarin is an advantage
- **Able to speak and write in Mandarin**:

- Can work in team and independent
- Have a own transport
- able to manage social media platform such as WeChat & Tik tok,
- Professional ability of publicity production and composition design, and composition design, and skillful in using photoshop/illustrator 3dsmax/CorelDraw, CAD or any publicity production software is an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**
- Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests.
- Collaborate with other members of the Sodexo on-site team, to dispatch as well as collect the work orders established after receiving a request through mail/phone/paper.
- Collect all closed work orders to close the calls.
- Log in the call through the software, which in term generates work order.
- Set up reports with all collected data coming from the work orders for the Client as well as for Sodexo for controlling, transparency and information purposes.
- Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility.
- Always maintain professional appearance.
- Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
