We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Marketing Executive** to join our team This role focuses on managing and boosting our social media presence while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate our marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Develop and execute social media boosting strategies to drive engagement and increase visibility.
- Analyze social media performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to support business goals.
- Monitor and manage paid advertisements on various social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficient in social media tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong passion for marketing and staying ahead of trends.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
