Job Responsibilities
- Plan, craft, implement strategies for the Company, including digital, advertising, communications, creative and events.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and department.
- Supervising design, advertising and organizing events, such as product launches, campaigns for corporate promotion, exhibitions, roadshows, company conference, and major events.
- Overseeing marketing materials, marketing proposals and projects.
- Preparing and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objective.
- Prepare, monitor and report the annual marketing plans, progress and performance.
- Supervise the marketing department and provide guidance and feedback to the team and other marketing professionals.
- Work and cooperate with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Overseeing content for social media to ensure content is engaging, consistent and valuable for the brand will eventually attract audiences and allowing audiences to have a better understanding of the brand.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Developing strategies to ensure products and services meet customers' expectations and build awareness and credibility of the brand.
- Promote product offerings.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and to keep abreast with customer trends and competitors' marketing movements as well as to predict the outlook of future trends.
- Identify potential customers, analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personal.
- Attending meetings and meeting with clients.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Establishing and maintain relationship with potential, new and current clients.
- Perform other tasks assigned.
- Oversee documentation, sales records, and marketing activities to ensure compliance with ISO, MSPO CoC, and ISCC PLUS certification requirements.
- Lead audit preparation efforts and ensure full traceability and adherence to certification standards across the departments.
Job Requirements
Experience :
- At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proven campaign and strategies experience.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with potential and attitude required to learn.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Qualification :
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field.
- Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
Skills & Competency :
- Experience with market research and having an understanding of trends.
- Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas.
- Team working skills and people management.
- Strategic thinking to come up with campaign ideas.
- Analytical skills and organizing skills.
- Attention to details.
- Time and project management skills, including multitasking
- Writing and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and motivation skills.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
