**Responsibilities**
- Produce products with consistent **high quality**, meeting **production standards**.
- **Assembles and/or installs** various wires and cables components.
- **Soldering** surface-mount and through-hole components.
- Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring smooth operation and mínimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to the manufacturing engineering team.
- Perform in-line inspections to identify and address quality defects during production.
- Maintain workshop 6S standards and perform equipment maintenance as needed.
- Accurately document production activities and maintain logs for traceability.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and product quality.

**Requirements**:

- Accurate and methodical approach to tasks, ensuring precision in the production process.
- Proficient in soldering techniques and other hands-on manufacturing tools such as tweezers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers.
- Problem-solving skills to address production and equipment issues.
- Adaptability to handle varied tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
- Able to work on hit (panas) environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
