Production Supervisor

Responsible to oversee the smooth running of production line.
Responsible to lead, supervise and manage a team of operators in order to achieve targeted production output and quality specification.
Monitor and follow up production progress against production planned.
Ensure the production plan is aligned with material to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible to ensure compliance and adherence to Company’s policies, work procedures and safety regulations.
Responsible to closely monitor and manage subordinates’ attendance and discipline, provide necessary counseling and guidance where necessary.
Assist Production Manager with daily operational task and work improvement initiatives.
