**Job description**

Responsible for leading a store team through supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing financial performance of the store.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Manage store level personnel and in charge of seamless daily operation from opening to closing of cafe
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective stores
- Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Ensure food served at the highest quality level

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
- Minimum education qualification is Diploma in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience related experience in F&B including.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience and ability in analyzing financial reports.
