- Generate effective load plan that yield high OEE.
- Monitor daily start schedule (PTS Start) and ensure that it is align to tester/tooling capacity limitation.
- Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing and escalate.
- Review weekly commit and highlight if there’s any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics.
- Provide the following information to Operation Group:

- Daily die inventory (WIP + Die Avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice.
- Hot lots/Lines down /Critical Lots
- Daily loading plan and capacity utilization
- WIP build up inventory/WIP Surge/WIP Bubble
- Potential issue that may affect the cycle time/OTD/Shipment Goal
- Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
- Provide daily monitoring of output for critical product/area.
- Coordinate with the concern group (e.g. PE,EQ,IE,Planner,Staff/Manager) any issues that impact loading.

Education and Experience
- Posses at least Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in any discipline or equivalent or at least 5 years solid experiences in semicon/planning.
- Self-motivated, strong ownership, having sense of urgency, committed and able to work independently.
- Interpersonal skills, strong team player with ability to communicate effectively at any level.
- Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel,Word,Powerpoint
- Good knowledge in scheduling and production planning.
- Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree are encouraged to apply.
