Planner

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end planning by maintaining SAP material master data, generating component forecasts, and confirming customer orders based on material and capacity readiness.
  • Drive production scheduling by monitoring work orders (WO), coordinating kitting plans, and aligning daily output with production targets.
  • Expedite critical materials by collaborating with Purchasing to resolve shortages and ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Support new product introductions and ECO changes by working closely with Engineering and Project Teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and demand signals using customer portals and SAP to adapt to changes and maintain planning accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in material/production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM/PP modules, Excel, and customer portal management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
