Planner

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

  • To Maintain, modify and monitor SAP material master data to adapt business needs. To Generate component forecast regularly in order to purchasing team to release PO to suppliers.
  • Customer orders confirmation according to material readiness and production capacity plan. To maintain and monitor customer demand signals using customer portals. To follow-up and expedite with purchasing team on the gated parts ;
  • To refresh material simulation file update for weekly/daily inventory status review. To analysis Production capacity with production team to drive the capacity resource planning.
  • To maintain Production scheduling per material availability and plan. To follow-up WO kitting plan and WO production status. WO management (refresh WO due date according to latest demand). To Coordinate daily production meeting with related functions to review actual output vs plan, as well first level of issue escalation;
  • Customer order rescheduling in & rescheduling out to adapt the demand changes. To prepare projects' material master lists for LMW application according to latest demand. Work in product transfer and/or new project introduction;

What You Bring

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Material plus production Planning experience preferred
  • Customer portal management experience strongly preferred
  • Consignment inventory management experience preferred
  • Microsoft Outlook, SAP MM/PP module and Excel proficiency
