**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant, making them feel comfortable and welcome
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, including taking phone calls, managing online bookings, and coordinating special requests
- Lead guests to their tables
- Communicate guest seating needs clearly and efficiently with the service team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk, entrance area, and waiting space
- Respond to guest inquiries about the menu, services, or restaurant details, ensuring a positive and informative first impression
- Keep track of guest flow, monitoring seating to minimize wait times and optimize dining room efficiency
- Able to smile, diffuse anger naturally, and handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support the team during busy times with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Assist in taking food and beverage orders and serving with guests when needed
- Process payments or update payment statuses as needed, ensuring accurate transactions
- Gather and share guest feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Participate in comprehensive, on-the-job training

**Qualifications**
- Minimum education level: Diploma or equivalent
- Pleasant appearance, well-groomed, and able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English; Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable personality
- Strong knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- _**Chinese is Preferred**_**Mandarin Speaker is Preferred *English is a Must**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
