**Job Title: Bar Hostess**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Communicate with guests in Mandarin and English, assisting with any inquiries.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and reception area.
- Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with takeout orders and other guest services as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hostess, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, or similar).
- Knowledge of additional (Mandarin speaker) languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
