Host/Hostess – Operational Team

We are a dynamic company in the Food & Beverage industry, looking for a friendly and service-oriented Host/Hostess to join our Operational Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating arrangements, and an excellent overall dining experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours calmly.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.

  • Manage reservations and seating to ensure efficient guest flow.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or complaints politely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
