Immediate Hiring for Bartender F & B Restaurant

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to great guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently served according to the Company's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
• Maintain a neat and clean dining area.
• Stay up to date on any menu changes and daily specials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate and entry-level is encourage to apply
• Training provided
• Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
• Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
• Excellent personal skills with a friendly attitude
• Great communication skills
• Positive and approachable manner
