**Responsibilities**:

- Job Summary
- Working under the supervision of the Superior & Directors, the full-time Office Assistant will carry out duties assigned to them. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Handling incoming calls and outgoing mail
- 2. Greeting customers and visitors as needed
- 3. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- 4. Organizing car booking and rental needs as required
- 5. Maintaining office equipment as needed
- 6. Coordinate and schedule customers’ appointments
- 7. Maintaining files and database
- 8. To maintain the car's cleanliness and ensure its functionality
- 9. Ensure daily routine inspection of company car good running condition at all times.
- 10. Plan driver daily schedule
- 11. Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/public holidays.
- 12. Planning car movement schedule
- 13. Submit and reconcile expense reports
- 14. Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed
- 15. Performs additional duties as needed
- 16. Responsible for the safety of the passengers.
- 17. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection.
- 18. Ensure timely pick-up/fetch Director/Superior/designated person(s) from/to residences, offices, meeting,
- outstation and any destinations as instructed.
- 19. Ensure vehicle is at all-time maintained in good conditions and always clean.
- 20. Responsible to report any damages immediately.
- 21. Be on standby as and when required**Benefits**:
