**Responsibilities**:
**Major duties and responsibilities**
- Be responsible for attraction and recruitment of Chubb IT Development Centre, ensuring brand awareness through the use of relevant on-line platforms and social media.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for each role as they arise, including the implementation of proactive marketing, pipelining and sourcing strategies, enabling a proactive approach to recruitment, looking beyond immediate needs.
- End to end recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and reference checks.
- Building strong partnerships with our business leaders to understand their current and future resourcing needs.
- Prepare job description, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Drive and manage relationship with a select panel of recruitment firms.
- Monitor and report key resourcing statistics.
- Proactively update hiring managers and other HR colleagues on requisition status and external hiring trends.
- Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo).
- Develop and deliver training to leaders (interviewing techniques, recruitment process, etc.)
- Participate and/or lead project centered on Resourcing initiatives.
- Provide data and reporting to the HR team and Finance team when required.
- Adhere to all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.

**Experience**
- Minimum 4-5 years of end-to-end corporate recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of the IT Industry and the current market trends, is highly preferred
- Possess strong administrative abilities with good organization, communication, and effective interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical skills
- Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Good command in English - written and verbal communications skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel

**Qualifications**:

- BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance

Solid report to: Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC
