Job Description: IT Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to IT technical positions, including but not limited to software engineers, data scientists, network architects, and cloud specialists.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels (such as professional social media platforms, technical forums, campus recruitment, and employee referrals) to conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of IT technical professionals, keeping track of potential candidates and their career development needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers from IT departments to understand their specific staffing requirements, technical competencies, and team culture, providing professional recruitment advice and support.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (both in English and Chinese) to assess candidates' technical skills, work experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and recruitment field, including new technologies, talent market conditions, and best recruitment practices, and apply them to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports on a regular basis, including key metrics such as time - to - hire, cost - per - hire, and candidate quality, to the HR manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in IT technical recruitment, with a successful track record of hiring high - quality technical talents for various IT positions.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Ability to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and international teams in English effortlessly.
  • Deep understanding of IT technical knowledge and competencies, including different programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and technical tools and platforms commonly used in the IT industry.
  • Familiar with various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and technical assessment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, result - oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a strong sense of responsibility.
