Job description

  • Liaise with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions (JDs), and plan recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data, such as interview attendance rates and employee retention, to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage and expand recruitment channels, including job portals, headhunters, social media, and internal referrals.
  • Create and post compelling job listings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool, and engage regularly with candidates for key roles.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house or fast-paced agency environment.
  • Basic data analysis skills to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly grasp business needs.
  • Results-oriented and resilient, with the ability to manage high-intensity workloads during peak hiring periods.
  • Able to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both corporate and operational roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
