About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Asgard Resources. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, contribute to effective hiring strategies, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, drive talent sourcing initiatives, and support onboarding and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft clear, compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, networking, and other strategic channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, professional experience for all applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports as needed.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires receive a positive and structured introduction.
  • Assist in career fairs, outreach events, and other employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
