Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for recruitment in Southeast Asian countries and other regions. Accurately understand the recruitment needs of various teams, clarify job qualification standards, talent profiles and recruitment priorities, and formulate targeted recruitment plans and timetables.
- Manage the daily operation of mainstream recruitment platforms (such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn), including job posting, resume screening, and monitoring and optimization of channel effectiveness.
- Efficiently screen resumes based on job requirements and initially assess the match between candidates and the position in terms of education background, work experience, professional skills, etc. Proactively communicate with candidates to introduce company overview, job details, salary and benefits, answer candidates' questions, and invite qualified candidates to participate in interviews.
- Coordinate the schedules of interviewers and candidates, and arrange the interview process (including initial interview, second interview, final interview, etc.). After the interview, collect feedback from interviewers in a timely manner, communicate the interview results with candidates, and advance the employment process (such as issuing offer letters, negotiating onboarding time, etc.).
- Regularly collect and analyze recruitment data (such as resume submission volume, interview pass rate, offer acceptance rate, onboarding rate, etc.), identify problems in the recruitment process (such as low channel efficiency, long interview cycle, etc.), put forward optimization suggestions, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Those with experience in recruiting technical positions in industries such as internet, software and technology are preferred.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages. Proficiency in other minor languages (such as Thai, Indonesian, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at listening to and understanding others' needs, and capable of establishing good cooperative relationships with candidates and other relevant personnel.
- Serious and responsible work attitude, strong sense of goal and execution ability. Be able to promote work in strict accordance with the recruitment plan to ensure the timely completion of recruitment tasks. Be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, have good pressure resistance, and cope with work pressure during peak recruitment periods.
