**Responsibilities: -**
- Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models;
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria;
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
- Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects;
- Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.

**Requirements: -**
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software;
- High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
- Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
