Job Description:

  • A. Interface Management

· Prepare the Interface Management Plan (IMP), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interface Solution Register base on the interface manager.

· Identify, track, and resolve interface issues with Infra, other systems and external parties.

· Chair regular interface meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client teams.

· Attended Monthly interface meeting and technical workshop with Client and all interface party.

· Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and interface requirements.

B. Civil Interface Coordination

· Review civil drawing as below;

  • architecture drawings for space and room provision.

  • M&E drawing for Cable containment, ducting, earthing, lightning, power requirement provision.

· Review internal system drawing;

  • Equipment layout to define cable containment route, size, and space are sufficient.

  • Equipment mounting details to coordinate on mounting provision, cut out opening and etc

· Review the 3D model for equipment placement, cable routing, space, any provision and for clash-free integration for CSD drawing sign off.

· To coordinate with infra contractor on:

o Provision of cable routes

o Equipment room readiness

o Grounding, earthing, and power requirements

o Radio tower foundations and structural supports

o Air condition and ventilation provision

o Opening for equipment installation and cable containment

· Validate site readiness before equipment installation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in railway interface coordination works.
  • Shall be familiar with all aspects of the execution of the works and shall be responsible for all co-ordination and interface matters related to the contract.
  • Able to use Naviswork and familiar with BIM coordination.
  • Able to work in Kuching, Sarawak.
