**About the Role**
Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Operation Support to join our growing team
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, and workforce management. You will also collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across all levels.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
- Coordinate worker placements across departments or client sites as needed.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and labour regulations.
**3. Client & Employee Coordination**
- Communicate with clients to understand their workforce requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and worker status.
- Support employees on HR-related inquiries and administrative matters.
**4. Reporting & Administration**
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports on recruitment and workforce updates.
- Support additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
