1. Recruitment, interview, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
2. Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verification.
3. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
4. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
5. Maintaining Millions payroll system - consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, calculating pay-check amounts, and checking time sheets for accuracy, processing pay-checks according to schedule and in the correct amount, making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission and distributing funds to employee accounts.
6. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
7. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, talent management, and employment law.
Admin
- Compiling and completing for the new worker documents
- Forming and maintaining physical and digital personnel records such as contracts, personal documents, etc.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides, memorandum, letters, etc.
- Contacting worker to request for their individual and leave supporting documents
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information or document, i.e., holiday and leave taken
- Ensure filing is accordingly to the worker's employment status
**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
