1. Pengurusan Sumber Manusia (HR)
- Mengurus proses pengambilan pekerja (iklan jawatan, saringan calon, temuduga).
- Menyediakan surat tawaran kerja, kontrak pekerja dan dokumentasi HR lain.
- Mengurus rekod pekerja, fail peribadi, cuti, kehadiran dan disiplin pekerja.
- Menjalankan sesi orientasi pekerja baharu (induction).
- Memantau perkembangan KPI dan penilaian prestasi pekerja.
- Mengendalikan isu disiplin pekerja, surat amaran, dan tindakan tatatertib.
- Menyelaras latihan & pembangunan pekerja.
2. Gaji & Faedah (Payroll & Benefits)
- Menyediakan dan memproses gaji bulanan.
- Mengurus tuntutan pekerja (OT, elaun, mileage, claim perjalanan).
- Mengurus cuti berbayar, MC, cuti tahunan dan cuti tanpa gaji.
- Mengurus caruman KWSP, PERKESO, EIS dan PCB/LHDN.
3. Pentadbiran (Administration)
- Mengurus operasi pentadbiran pejabat harian.
- Menyelia penyelenggaraan pejabat, inventori, aset dan pembelian barang pejabat.
- Menyusun dan menyelenggara dokumen syarikat (fail, rekod, surat-menyurat).
- Menyediakan surat rasmi, memo, minit mesyuarat dan laporan pentadbiran.
- Menyelaraskan urusan tempahan hotel, perjalanan, dan logistik kakitangan.
- Mengurus hubungan dengan vendor, pembekal dan kontraktor.
4. Sokongan Kepada Pengurusan
- Membantu pengurusan dalam merangka polisi & prosedur syarikat.
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
