1. Pengurusan Sumber Manusia (HR)

  • Mengurus proses pengambilan pekerja (iklan jawatan, saringan calon, temuduga).
  • Menyediakan surat tawaran kerja, kontrak pekerja dan dokumentasi HR lain.
  • Mengurus rekod pekerja, fail peribadi, cuti, kehadiran dan disiplin pekerja.
  • Menjalankan sesi orientasi pekerja baharu (induction).
  • Memantau perkembangan KPI dan penilaian prestasi pekerja.
  • Mengendalikan isu disiplin pekerja, surat amaran, dan tindakan tatatertib.
  • Menyelaras latihan & pembangunan pekerja.

2. Gaji & Faedah (Payroll & Benefits)

  • Menyediakan dan memproses gaji bulanan.
  • Mengurus tuntutan pekerja (OT, elaun, mileage, claim perjalanan).
  • Mengurus cuti berbayar, MC, cuti tahunan dan cuti tanpa gaji.
  • Mengurus caruman KWSP, PERKESO, EIS dan PCB/LHDN.

3. Pentadbiran (Administration)

  • Mengurus operasi pentadbiran pejabat harian.
  • Menyelia penyelenggaraan pejabat, inventori, aset dan pembelian barang pejabat.
  • Menyusun dan menyelenggara dokumen syarikat (fail, rekod, surat-menyurat).
  • Menyediakan surat rasmi, memo, minit mesyuarat dan laporan pentadbiran.
  • Menyelaraskan urusan tempahan hotel, perjalanan, dan logistik kakitangan.
  • Mengurus hubungan dengan vendor, pembekal dan kontraktor.

4. Sokongan Kepada Pengurusan

  • Membantu pengurusan dalam merangka polisi & prosedur syarikat.
  • Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
