**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Coordinate staff training, appraisals, and performance management processes.
- Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.

**Administration**:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
- Prepare and process monthly payment voucher.
- Organize company documents, reports, and filing systems.
- Support general day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a combined HR and finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks), and payroll systems.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
