Marketing Manager

- Minimum number of leads. Leads management
- Brands & Products development and continuous improvement
- Website
- Portfolio and marketing assets
- Search engine optimization. SEO
- Google Ads
- Asset Register & IT Asset register development and maintenance
- Cyber Security Management and maintenance
- Management and coordination of external IT consultants and procurement.
- Marketing Budget developed and maintained.
- IT Budget developed and maintained.

**Duty Statement**

Your duties will include tasks and responsibilities below but not limited to:

- Clocking on & off using company time management software at start & end of each working day.
- Communication with all stakeholders
- Working with Bright Balustrading’s departments. (such as and not limited to the following: Sales, accounts, operations and so on)
- Generate leads and creating opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Attending Site Meetings as required
- Creating financial reports for management review
- Meeting key performance targets associated with the role and responsibilities.
- Project managing and/or coordinating and/or managing and/or designing marketing and associated activities from commencement to completion projects being undertaken
- Tasks, duties & responsibilities as listed & specified within Quality Management System document and related documentation & processes
- Creating a brand experience.
- Review and continual improvement of our website and associated websites and activities.
- Reporting and management of market share and Bright Balustrading’s market positioning in comparison to our direct and indirect competitors
- Update and continually improve website
- Graphics design
- Working on branding and identity of Bright Balustrading and of certain marketable products/product ranges.
- Manage, acquire, create and review SEO and Google Ads reports and any such related reports. Improve website based of the SEO report recommendations
- Website management
- Coordination between all marketing and IT and associated activities/contractors/partners such as Web-marketing, web developers, online listings and presence on partner websites and so on
- Planning and coordinating production of marketing materials, such as artworks, copywriting, video production etc.
- Planning, developing and coordinating website and social media updates
- Reviewing leads systems and targeting marketing material relevant to customers, current and future market direction and taste
- Influencing leads generations as required whilst working with Bright Balustrading’s pipeline of works
- Conducting market research to predict market demand
- Data analytics regarding consumer patterns and emerging markets
- Developing marketing plans in line with strategic direction. Nationally and internationally
- Products, brochure and portfolio development (including company capability statements and product catalogues)
- Following new projects up on Tender portals and sending Expression of Interest
- Use of BCI and tender portals to discover new opportunities
- Coordinate and prepare materials for Sales/Marketing meeting to present to management in weekly management meetings.
- Come up with an extensive and comprehensive marketing plans
- Short term plans
- Long term strategic plan
- Develop plans for marketing campaigns of specific products (such the 2 handrails with lights, Curved glass balustrade etc.)
- Become familiar with Bright Balustrading systems and operations.
- Familiarization with Bright Balustrading’s current marketing activities and campaigns and accounts. These include and are not restricted to:

- SEO and associated tasks and activities
- Google Ads
- Social Media campaigns and posts
- Organize software’s and maintain all accounts and tools required to carry out marketing tasks and activities.
- Coordinate current employees, consultants, contracts, social media marketing and other associated parties
- Manage and report on compliance of all activities and personnel inline with company policies and procedures.
- Achieving KEY PERFOMANCE OBJECTIVES / INDICATORS / KPIs.
- Development, maintenance, continual improvement of company policies and procedures.
- And any other necessary tasks reasonably associated with operations and fabrication related activities within the organization

You will be expected to take initiative on Bright Balustrading’s marketing needs.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
