**Postion Overview**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's product or services. Your primary objective will be to drive band awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trendsm competitors, and costomer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into the overall business strategy.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage the company's online and offline presence.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Content Development
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, and videos.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales effort.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
6. Event Management
- Plan and execute events, such as product launches, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up strategies for events.
7. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
