**Analog Layout Designer (Junior/ Senior and Staff)**

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- **Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and constraints.**:

- Create and optimize analog and mixed-signal custom layouts, including high voltage and automotive-grade components, in the BCD process technology.
- **Implement layout design techniques to meet stringent automotive reliability and safety standards.**:

- Perform detailed design rule checks (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS) verification to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- **Address and resolve any layout-related issues, such as electromigration, parasitic capacitance, and coupling.**:

- Work with mask designers and foundry partners to facilitate the tape-out process and ensure successful silicon fabrication.
- **Collaborate in the development of layout design methodologies, best practices, and automation scripts to improve design efficiency.**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in analog layout design using the BCD process technology **.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard layout tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
- **Strong knowledge of BCD process technology and its specific design challenges. ** Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. ** Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
