Job Descriptions:

- Renew clinic license, X-ray license, clinic equipment license, signboard license, etc.
- Manage tenancy agreements, including renewal and ongoing tenancy matters.
- Liaise with government, banks, and labor offices.
- Organise, store, and print company documents as needed.
- Coordinate between internal and external parties.
- Prepare administrative letters as assigned by superiors.
- Maintain an efficient filing and archival system.
- Create, compile, maintain, and update documentation, files, and records.
- Provide office administration support to ensure efficient office and management operation.
- Handle clerical and administrative HR matters.
- Involve in supply chain operation.
- Conduct inventory checks and organize the warehouse.
- Ensure that the store is clean and organized.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within established minimum and maximum levels.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; track orders and investigate problems.
- Record purchases, maintain a database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; restock items as necessary; label shelves.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks that require assistance to expedite office workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
