**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Junior Developer in the FRR (Financial Reporting & Reconciliation) sub-domain, you will support the integration, analysis, and management of large-scale financial and transactional data. You will work with leading platforms such as Cloudera Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and Informatica to enable seamless data workflows and contribute to financial analytics reporting.
- Change Request Monitoring: Track CR progress from execution to UAT sign-off, addressing any issues with the development team.
- Implementation Checklists: Consolidate and review implementation checklists before the go-live date, ensuring all items are addressed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to maintain documentation; leverage Jira and Confluence for task management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on CR status and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
- PMO Support: Assist with project management office activities to enhance project tracking and reporting.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in change request management, preferably in banking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools.
- Familiarity with AS400/DB2 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with project management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
