Assure that all shipping orders are completed and shipping is made on-time to satisfy customer requirements. Keep up with all paper work and documentation on the daily basis of all shipping and receiving, and assure posting of all activities into MECURY SYSTEM

**SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Create Packing List once received the Shipping Instruction from Customer Service team
- To ensure all shipping document are processed and completed timely to customer requirements (CIPL)
- To manage administrative and documentation requirement of job and ensuring proper postings into prevailing systems
- Create NPUR /GST from forwarder for reimbursement process to Finance team
- Create NPUR for courier service for reimbursement process to Finance team
- Obtain and seek approval from DOA the invoice on timely basis.
- Request for costing if necessary
- Monitor and follow up on COD invoice collections
- Provide support to finance team for outstanding and overdue payment (accrual).
- Arrange and ensure on-time vendor payment ( GST ,etc)
- Communicate with vendors/forwarder
- Any other related job assigned from time to time, in accordance business needs / legal requirements
- Comply / ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
- Other ac-hoc task or duties as required.

**Requirement**:
1. Education: Minimum diploma or equivalent

2.Have some working knowledge / exposure in shipping, logistics, import-xport, customs liaison, and related experience.

3.Knowledge/Skills:

- Understanding of computer software packages, i.e. Windows, Database.
- Good Communication skills.
- Flexible attitude to work methods and practices.
- Be able to work overtime when required.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Have legible handwriting.
- Must have a methodical and practical approach to work.
- Must be a team player.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistic / Shipping: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Melay (preferred)
