The scope of work includes but is not limited to the followings:

- Handle full sets of accounting processes including general book-keeping,

accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger, account

reconciliation and etc.
- Issuance of invoice and receipts in a timely manner.
- Responsible for credit controls activities including preparing collection/aging

report.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account

information.
- Maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger regularly.
- Resolve tenant’s billing issues.
- Issuance of payment reminders, letter of demand, generate late payment

interest, etc. in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance and support for the implementation and administration of

contract management system and POS system.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations i.e. monitoring and updating the cash

books, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Ensure documents are properly organized, maintained and filed in a timely

manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements and

reports.
- Assist in performing financial risk management i.e. enhancing internal controls,

policies and procedures.
- Assist in audit and taxation.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties i.e. external auditors,

company secretary, bankers, tax agent, local tax and government authorities

where required.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or

any other persons designated by the Company.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
