**Responsibilities**:

- Promote HVAC products through marketing activities, presentations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Develop strong product knowledge and promote features effectively.
- Collect and analyze market data; compare competitor products technically and commercially.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new product development to meet market needs.
- Support the sales team with technical submissions and product presentations.
- Prepare sales tools including brochures, catalogues, and PowerPoint slides.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional or Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Able to conduct seminars and technical presentations independently.
- Leadership ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Experience in product development is an added advantage.
- Language skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
