We are looking for a responsible and organized General Operation Admin to support our daily operations. The role will involve basic administrative work, assisting the team with documentation, and helping to ensure smooth workflow in the office and showroom.

**Job Scope**
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopy, scanning).
- Assist in preparing and updating sales/operation documents.
- Support the team in scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist with stock records, vehicle documentation, and registration.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
