Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support HR or accounts team in basic administrative work (if required)
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,940.38 per month
