**Responsibilities**
**Human Resource Assistant**
- Proficient in HR2000 and InfoTech System
- Manage and consolidate foreign workers documents (ie: Medical Record, Passport, Permit and Special Pass)
- Assisting in foreign workers payroll management
- Preparing staff's hostel utility bills
- Keep track of all business license & all vehicles inspection and road tax
- Leave management
**Personal Assistant**
- Consolidate receipts & preparing monthly Director's claims
- Prepare HR related reports for Director
- Other secretarial duty
**Administration**
- Preparing formal letters (ie: Representative Letters, Offer Letter, Contract Letter)
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement for staff's hostel
- Collect parcels and letters
- Others Admin duty
**What do you need to have?**
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the Human Resource Administration field.
- Have Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Office Management or any relevant field.
- Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Good understanding of Employment Act 1955.
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Selayang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
