**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of manual and automation testers.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Oversee manual testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements.
- Define test strategies, plans, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Track, report, and manage defects through the defect lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and conduct code/test reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
- Experience in manual testing, test case design, and execution.
- Proficiency in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Malay and English.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in API testing (Postman/Rest Assured).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
