**We are looking to hire a Senior Order Management Analyst for the Teradyne Memory Division.**

This role is directly responsible for taking an active, hands-on role in managing the Fulfillment operations and logistics, and improving upon current process efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.

The Senior Order Fulfilment analyst role is based in Penang, Malaysia and this role reports to the Marketing/Business Operations team in San Jose, California.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure effective collaboration with Sales and Planning departments Distribution Centers and Supply Chain to enable the optimization of order fulfillment.
- Manage daily order management operations. Manage product information required for shipping (weight/dims, transportation details, customer request/dock date)
- Provide product configuration and customer’s logistics guidance to Factory.
- Work cross functionally to implement order management process improvements, through system enhancements and best practice
- Manage export control and compliance. Coordinate export data such as Tariff Codes, HTS (Harmonized Codes), COO (Country of Orgin), ECCN to orders for shipping
- Lead kitting, shipping and customer RMAs
- Recommend solutions to minimize the impact of escalated, long-term availability constraints

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree.
- Preferably able to speak and read Mandarin.
- Must have ability to work under mínimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to establish personal priorities, plan workload and establish commitments for task completion
- Ability to work in a fast environment and multitask is necessary
- Must be accomplished “lead-by-example” tactical change agent with strong interpersonal skills
